Can I request an invoice?

- Abroad: €19.99
Free shipping on orders over €70.
You can pick up your order for free at the store in Taormina.
Do you ship alcoholic beverages internationally?
Yes, but only to adults. The customer is responsible for complying with local regulations in the destination country.
What happens if the package gets lost or doesn't arrive?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us immediately at materiaprimataormina@gmail.com, providing your order number.
We will check with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue.
What to do if the package arrives damaged?
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend you to accept it with reservation and contact us immediately at materiaprimataormina@gmail.com, attaching photos of the package and the product.
We will assess the situation and provide you with the most appropriate solution (refund or replacement, if applicable).

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, as per the Consumer Code. Products must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
Which products cannot be returned?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Packaged food products that deteriorate rapidly
- Opened food products
- Opened sealed alcoholic beverages
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How is the refund made?
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the return.
The refund covers only the cost of the product; initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Is merchandise exchange possible?
