U Ficu – Gin

A gin with a Mediterranean character, obtained from juniper, prickly pear, basil, chinotto, and pink pepper. Clear and orange-hued, it is served at 4–5 °C, neat over ice or with tonic water. Ideal for premium cocktails and perfect paired with raw fish, oysters, and dry pastries.
