Amaronna – Sicilian Prickly Pear Liqueur

Harvested in the area between San Cono, Piazza Armerina and Enna, this elixir celebrates the Sicilian prickly pear of the species Opuntia ficus-indica. Prepared with the three varieties of fresh fruit – yellow Surfarina, red Sanguigna, and white Sciannarina – it releases intense aromas and a lively, enveloping taste. Ideal to be enjoyed neat, chilled, or as an ingredient for creative cocktails.
