Grappa from Case Bianche Zibibbo

Fine distillate obtained from Sicilian Zibibbo grape pomace. Slow distillation in a discontinuous copper bain-marie still and aging in small 50-liter glass containers enhance fresh and complex aromas. With an elegant and persistent taste, it is ideal for contemplative tasting or paired with dark chocolate, almonds, and dried fruit.
